I'm the chief supervisor of the pinkie ever since my lovely wife started on the 7pm to 8am shift. She is sitting in a pile of clean clothes pulling the laces from my SCA bracers. Why bother with putting your clothes away when they make a nice soft play area?
Journal updates: Just returned from Memorial Day holiday visiting Northampton and Williamstown. Both are college towns in western MA and that's about all they have in common. My wife called Northampton "rarified" - I thought it was just decadent. Too many weirdo women with dreadlocks coming up to my baby. Williamstown was wonderful. They had a parade down main street led by a police car. The high school band was pretty good and the junior high band was not quite hopeless. The war veterans got a standing ovation. It was one of the best parades I think I've ever seen.
I noticed on the web that Williamstown is having a theatre festival. Another TODO to add to my summer fun list. We stayed at the Villager Motel. It was reasonable and they allowed a baby and a dog, which is no small thing for us.
